PataterSynth was a DS project I have been working on non-stop for the past 2-3 days, it's hard to tell exactly, no sleep during this time. WinterMute, LiraNuna, and HonkeyKong (aka CapnGlass) have all looked at this code, and have been stumped. I am also stumped. If you would like to try and figure out what's wrong with it (stack corruption, heap corruption, other things that lead to undefined behavior) feel free to try. I plan on using this synth in my upcoming adventure game, due here in a few months. Run the .nds from GBAMP and you'll see the problem right away. The DS resets itself when reaches a certain line in code (it has also been reported that the DS will freeze in some circumstances). You'll need a flute sample on the gbamp in a folder called 'snd' in order to load and hear any sound from the synth (this sound sample is included, of course). Good luck and my best regards.
