PataterChess for Linux is an open source (released under MIT license) two-player chess game created for one of my intermediate computer science courses (CS240). It features undo and saving and loading games in an easy to edit (case sensitive) XML format. It was written in C++. It has a GTK+ GUI and runs in X.
